The Cold Season Food Legume Crop Database has been redesigned uisng Tripal v2.0, customized to Mainlab format.
The new database includes more intuitive searching capability and significanly more map/marker and QTL data, as well as as reference transcriptome for Chickpea that combines published RNASeq data and ESTs.
