The Vigna unguiculata IT97K-499-35 v1.1, Phaseolus vulgaris v2.1, and Cajanus cajan v1.0 genomes are now also searchable in the PCD database. Search for genes and transcripts and use the links from the BLAST tool to see more information about the matches. There are also InterProScan and protein BLAST results for the mRNAs of each genome that are visible from the feature pages. In the future, these genomes will also be in the Synteny Viewer and PathwayCyc tools.
